Mary Greeley is sponsoring mileage club again this year! It costs us nothing and the kids have a great time! Here's how it works:
On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, during lunch hour, the kids run/walk laps on a pre-set course. For each lap they get a punch on their card. For each card that is filled, they receive a token for their chain. The more they walk/run, the more prizes they earn! They have a great time challenging each other and working for the most miles!
We need 3 volunteers, one to coordinate each of the three days. If we have 3 volunteers, it is an easy job for each. There is not a lot to do other than making sure we have the tokens, punch cards, and volunteers to punch during lunch (we will help with this). Our volunteers from the last three years have agreed to help the new volunteers get started. They have it all organized!
Mileage club will start March 30 and run through May 22. Please let us know if you can help!
